We've numerously established that life as a student can be so overwhelming but as always, Sophia is here to save the day with ten tiny habits that make life as a student way less stressful.
1. Prep Tomorrow’s Outfit Before Bed:

When you prep your Tomorrow’s outfit you have one less decision to make in the morning means less chaos and fewer wardrobe meltdowns.
2. Keep a Weekly and Daily To-Do List Visible

Create a weekely and daily to-do list that you can stick it on your wall, mirror, or desk. Having your week’s priorities in sight keeps your brain from being cluttered and your goals within reach. Write down 3-5 tasks to accomplish each day to stay focused and on track.
3.Drink Water First Thing in the Morning and Stay Hydrated Through the Day

Drink plenty of water because hydration equals better focus, energy, and mood. It’s the cheapest brain fuel around and it maintains your energy levels.
4. Keep a “Brain Dump” Notebook or App
Whenever your brain feels overwhelmed, jot your thoughts down. Clearing your mind helps you gain clarity, focus better and sleep easier.
5. Use the 5-Minute Rule
If an activity takes less than 5 minutes then do it immediately. That dirty plate? That unread email or message? That cluttered desk? Handle it now, not later.
6. Review notes within 24 hours
Go over your class notes within a day, even if it’s for a short while, to reinforce learning and retention. And to avoid your notes piling up.
7. Eat that Frog

Start your day by doing the most difficult task first because your strength and motivation is at the fullest in the beginning of the day.
When you incorporate these tiny habits into your day, your days will be more fulfilling as these habits can add up to make a big difference in managing stress and achieving success in your student life.
Life would have been easier if I kept to number 6. 😹
But it's all good, I'm ready to take on the habit. Thank you, Sophia! ❤️😊
